Ashley graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2008 with a passion for sports massage, deep tissue and myofascial techniques. She attended the International Cupping Therapy Association training in 2012 and is a certified cupping therapist. She enjoys using fire cupping along with vacuum and medi-cupping techniques to enhance blood flow and lymphatic drainage for optimal healing of chronic muscle pain. She believes that the body can heal itself, but sometimes it just needs a little help. Thats where she comes in.

Dr. Campbell is a sport and performance chiropractor who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Campbell holds certifications in functional mobility training, corrective exercise, kinesiotaping, and several manual therapies to include IASTM, cupping, flossing and myofascial release.

Ecotone Performance Health and Fitness has several services. But the journey always starts with a Performance Health Evaluation and Assessment. This entails a complete medical history, orthopedic tests, range of motion and functional tests to get a true understanding of how the system is operating.

She graduated from The Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2004 and has maintained a private practice in Ithaca, NY ever since. She has been a professional member of the Society for Oncology Massage and has travelled to attend Oncology massage conferences all over the country.

Victoria graduated from Center for Natural Wellness in 2017 and received her 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2013 from Frog Lotus Yoga. She enjoys incorporating stretching and myofascial release into a Swedish massage to target chronic tension.
Victoria enjoys sharing her knowledge of the body and massage to aspiring massage therapists by teaching courses at Mildred Elley College.
