Ashley graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2008 with a passion for sports massage, deep tissue and myofascial techniques. She attended the International Cupping Therapy Association training in 2012 and is a certified cupping therapist. Also certified in Myoskeletal realignment techniques, she works to help mobilize joints and correct patterns that lead to pain in the body. She believes that the body can heal itself, but sometimes it just needs a little help. Thats where she comes in.
Jake Fisher is a sports medicine chiropractor and performance specialist with a career built at the intersection of elite athletics, sports science, and evidence-based musculoskeletal care. Drawing from more than a decade of clinical experience, strength and conditioning leadership, and international athletic competition, Dr. Fisher delivers a comprehensive, performance-driven approach for both high-level athletes and active individuals who want to move, feel, and perform at their best.
Victoria graduated from Center for Natural Wellness in 2017 and received her 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2013 from Frog Lotus Yoga. In 2024 she completed the John F. Barnes certification for Myofascial therapy.
Victoria uses her thorough training in anatomy and myology to address individual client needs and tailor each massage accordingly. She enjoys incorporating stretching and myofascial release into a Swedish massage to target chronic tension.
Victoria enjoys sharing her knowledge of the body and massage to aspiring massage therapists by teaching courses at Mildred Elley College.
Sarah graduated from the Aesthetic Science Institute in 2022. Specializing in eyelash extensions, Sarah loves to create the perfect eyelash set for each and every one of her clients. She has a passion for making people feel and look like the best version of themselves!
